  • • Registration - Terms and Conditions for Students (and their parents / legal guardians)
  • 1. Test Date, Test Centre Code, Program Code, etc. cannot be changed once registered.
  • 2. The registration fee will not be refunded in any case or transferred to any other Admission Test Date.
  • 3. I/we authorize FIITJEE-eSchool to contact and send communication/information by SMS, WhatsApp, e-mail, and post on the above-mentioned communication details given by me/us.
  • 4. In case a student reappears in a FIITJEE-eSchool test, their scholarship (if awarded) will be scaled down by one slab so that they do not have any undue advantage over fresh-appearing students.
  • 5. Once a student joins the eSchool, no request for the change of Study Centre will be entertained, nor will the course fee paid be refunded under any circumstance(s).
  • 6. FIITJEE-eSchool reserves the right to change/cancel any Program, Test Date, Test Centre, Eligibility Criterion, and Course Fee without prior notice.
  • 7. The registered office of FIITJEE-eSchool is at New Delhi. In case of dispute, students/parents are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of appropriate courts in Delhi/ New Delhi only. All disputed shall be referred to the Sole Arbitrator appointed by the Management of FIITJEE-eSchool. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final & binding. The arbitrator so appointed shall not be incapacitated for reasons for being the employee of FIITJEE-eSchool and for reasons of having any prior linkage with the company.
